The Push-Up Challenge

This is great fun.

And challenging.

And it will build your chest, shoulders and triceps, leaving them burning for days.

You’ve got 20 minutes to do as many push ups as humanly possible, and every week, you need to beat your previous self.

You will look like a Greek God if you can one day get to 500 push-ups in 20 minutes.
