The Pull-Up Challenge

This is great fun.

And challenging.

And it will build your back, v-taper, shoulders and biceps, leaving them burning for days.

You’ve got 20 minutes to do as many pull-ups as humanly possible, and every week, you need to beat your previous self.

You will look like a Greek God if you can one day get to 200 pull-ups in 20 minutes.
