This is one of the most natural and powerful human movements to perform. All you need is a hill.

The Hill Sprint Workout
Sprint up the hill. Rest for 2 minutes. Repeat 8 times.
The Hill Sprint Workout – Level 2
Sprint up the hill. Rest for 1 minute. Repeat 12 times.
The Hill Sprint Workout- Level 3
Sprint up the hill. Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 16 times.
